Notes for Included Data

This file contains all full time state employees who were paid in 2008. Please
note that the employee could have left at some time during the year or could have
started at a time other than January 1 . So, the dollars reflected are the actual
dollars paid to that individual.

There are many types of payments that would be included in the other earnings
field. Listed below are a few examples:

o Uniform allowances

o Overtime

o Sick & Annual Leave payments

o Criminal Justice Incentive Pay

o State Active Duty pay

o Military Supplement pay - For those employees currently involved in a
military deployment
No OPS (other personnel services) employees are included
No part time salary individuals are included

The agency, pay plan and class code reflected for each individual is based on the
last payment received in 2008 by the employee. An employee could change
position and/or agency during any given year.

The work county represents the county in which the employee is reported to us by
the State of Florida HR system. It also reflects the last payment an employee
received in 2008.
